Girl.

Though you would do anything for the one you love, if they don’t care for your effort, than where is the love? Imagine you are in love with someone, and you do everything you can possibly do for him to fall magically in love with you. At the end he may not come back no matter how much you may want him. All is fair in love and war.


Though most people who do anything for love, that is what exactly what the authors purpose of the story was. The story “Girl” is about what girls would for love and if the guy doesn’t respond or fall in love with you back when you do all that hard work, leave him. The story may seem eerie but slow but I think it’s cute. It’s amazing how much a girl would do for a guy but it is very sad when he doesn’t even care to showed gratitude. The authors purpose of the story was if you do everything right and they still don’t go after you then leave them.


Though the authors shows great purpose what to do with real love, the title shows immense symbolize. The tile of the I short story I read was “Girl.” The title represents what girls would do for love. Or at least what they should do. The story tells you a bunch of possessions you could do to win your man. The title symbolizes what a girl can do to get her man.


There is no rules in love or war. The authors purpose was a way to find someone you love, it may not always work. The title of the short story means that girl may fall in love with boys but they may not back even though you do everything right. Though in people’s minds getting married is the only point of life it may not always work out right.
